"Decent stay, but the upkeep could be better"
The cabin itself was okay, and I’m not someone who expects everything to be perfect or brand new when staying in a cabin. But the bathrooms were dirty, and a few things looked like they’d been broken or ignored for a while. The staff was nice, so I don’t want to sound like I’m just complaining for no reason, but the place really could use more regular maintenance

"The amenities honestly surprised me"
I was happy with the amenities during my stay. The showers were clean, the laundry setup worked well, and I ended up using the pool more than I expected because it was actually really nice.

"For the price, it’s been totally worth it..."
For the price, it’s been totally worth it. I don’t really have any complaints, my only regret is not buying it earlier.

I tried booking a campsite on koa.com the whole thing was kind of a mess. The pages were loading like they were powered by a potato, and by the time I got to checkout, the price had magically changed with some extra fees tacked on. Awesome, love that nonsense. Then the site timed out and made me re-enter my info, which was just dumb and annoying. I did end up getting the spot, but the process felt clunky, unclear, and way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

"Such an easy stay with our dogs"
We booked through koa.com and brought our two dogs along, it couldn’t have been much easier. The pet rules were clear, there was a nice little dog area, and the staff never made us feel like having dogs was a hassle. Isn’t that exactly what you hope for when traveling with pups? The sites were clean too, which was a nice bonus. We’d definitely stay here again with the dogs.

"Fun weekend with the kids"
The kids had a great time, which is what matters, right? They loved the pool, mini golf, and the campfire nights. it was nice to see them so entertained, even if the adults were clearly just along for the ride.

The little camp store was friendly and had what we needed, which was a relief. I did feel a bit pressured to hurry up while looking around, but overall it was a convenient spot to grab the basics

Stayed at KOA for a few nights, i had a good feeling about the WiFi after the first day. It stayed solid the whole time. I was able to check emails, stream a little, and it wasn’t constantly dropping every five minutes like I’ve dealt with at other campgrounds. Just made the whole trip feel a lot easier.

"Check-in was fine, just slower than it should’ve been"
Check-in for my KOA booking was okay, but it felt kind of slow. They did find my reservation, so that part was fine, but it took longer than I expected and I had to repeat the same info more than once, which got a little annoying.
It wasn’t a huge problem or anything, just felt a bit unorganized at the desk. Slow check-in, repeating details, and waiting around made it feel less smooth than it should’ve been. After that, everything was fine, so I’d give it 3 stars.

"Share Your Own Safety Experience"
I can’t write this as a real visit without the actual details. If you’ve been there, you could say something like: “I visited recently and overall felt safe and comfortable. The staff seemed attentive, and the place was well maintained. There were a couple of small things that could’ve been better, but nothing that ruined the experience for me.”

"Staff were nice, but it felt like more work than it should’ve"
The staff were friendly enough, which I appreciated, but nothing really stood out. I felt like I had to put in more effort than expected just to get things sorted, and by the end it was more tiring than impressive.

"Nice roomy spot"
We got to our site and I remember thinking, oh nice, we actually have space. Parking was easy, and the whole spot felt roomy without that cramped-in feeling you sometimes get.

"Surprisingly quiet at night, thankfully"
I’ll give credit where it’s due, I slept well and there was hardly any noise at all. I was expecting to be kept up, which would’ve been annoying, but thankfully the night was quiet.

"Stayed at a KOA over the weekend..."
Stayed at a KOA over the weekend and, the bathrooms were a lot better than I expected. The showers had plenty of hot water, the floors were kept clean, and it seemed like staff were checking on them regularly. Nothing fancy, but they were clean and easy to use, which makes a big difference. I’d definitely stay there again because of that

Booked our spot on koa.com for a quick weekend getaway. Simple. No weird steps or confusion, which I appreciated because we were kind of throwing the trip together last minute.
The RV hookups were right where they were supposed to be. Power worked right away. Water pressure was good. Dump station close enough that it wasn’t a whole production. Backing in was easier than expected too, so that was a relief.
Check-in was smooth and the staff was friendly. Site was clean. Nothing super fancy, but that was fine. Just a quiet, easy stay with no problems, which is exactly what we needed.

"Pool was honestly better than I expected"
We stayed at a KOA with the kids, the pool ended up being the best part of the whole trip. The water was clean, there wasn’t that super strong chlorine smell, and the whole area around it looked like it was actually being looked after.
There were plenty of chairs, too, and it never felt gross, packed, or chaotic. The kids went in every single day, and even though it’s such a simple thing, it really made the trip feel a lot nicer.

"Great location, but not much else stood out"
The location was definitely convenient, which was probably the best part of the stay for me. It made getting around easy, so I did appreciate that. But aside from that, it just felt kind of average. Nothing was terrible or anything, it just didn’t really leave much of an impression. I guess it was fine for a short stay, but I wouldn’t say it was anything special

"Super easy cancellation process"
I had to cancel our koa booking kind of last minute, it was way less stressful than I expected. The policy was easy to understand, there wasn’t any annoying back-and-forth, and I got everything taken care of quickly. Really appreciate when a place makes things simple instead of turning it into a hassle. I’d definitely book with them again

"I’ve stayed at a few campgrounds where..."
I’ve stayed at a few campgrounds where the bathrooms were hit or miss, so I was happy to see these were clean. The cabin smelled fresh when we walked in, and the whole campground looked well kept and picked up. No real issues at all — it was better than I expected.
